General Questions

Q: What is power washing?
A: Power washing (also known as pressure washing) is the use of high-pressure water spray to remove dirt, mold, grime, algae, and other contaminants from surfaces like siding, driveways, decks, fences, and roofs.

Q: What is soft washing?
A: Soft washing is a technique commonly used on fragile surfaces such as siding, blue stone rock and many other types of decks and patios. When soft washing, we pre soak every surface with water, then we apply a mixture of our chemical and water onto the surface, let it sit and rinse it off. Soft washing effectively cleans mold and dirt off of surfaces without the use of high pressure.

Q: Are your services safe for all surfaces?
A: Yes. We use the appropriate pressure level and cleaning solutions for each surface to ensure thorough cleaning without damage.

Q: Do you offer other services besides pressure washing and soft washing?

A: Yes! We offer a wide range of services outside of pressure washing, such as window cleaning, landscaping, spring and fall clean-ups, Christmas light installation, and so much more! See our full list of services here!

Q: Do I need to be home during the service?
A: Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a functioning outdoor water source, you don’t have to be present.

A: Yes, all of our estimates are 100% free with no obligation, both online and in person.

Q: Are there any discounts available?
A: We occasionally offer seasonal promotions, first-time customer discounts, and referral rewards. Follow us on social media for the latest deals.

Preparation & Aftercare

Q: Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
A: We recommend, but do not require:

Moving outdoor furniture, decorations, and fragile items

We require that you:

Close all windows and doors
Make sure that the water spigot is turned on and has good flow
Make sure all pets are secured indoors

Q: How long does a typical service take?
A: It varies depending on the size and condition of the surface. Most residential jobs are completed within 1–3 hours, but can take upwards of 4-6.

Q: Will the cleaning affect my landscaping or plants?
A: We take precautions to protect your landscaping by soaking the plants and greenery in water before we begin the service, to prevent the chemical from soaking into the plants and drying up, and then we make sure to thoroughly rinse the plants off after to ensure that they remain unharmed.

A: Yes, we are fully licensed and insured for both residential and commercial work.

Q: Are your cleaning products environmentally safe?
A: Absolutely. Our chemicals will not cause any harm to you, your family, your home or your plants as long as we take the proper precautions.
